What is the highest hourly salary at Clinique?

I'm interviewing for a position at Clinique. What is the highest hourly wage I can ask for? Do they pay $12/hour?|||being a retail store I don't think they would pay you that much an hour. I know it will depend on how much experience you have in retail.
