I've been using the Clinique three step Acne system for about four days so far and its been working pretty good. It has cleared up some of my acne but I am still not totally happy with my skin. I know systems take a while to really work, but I was wondering for those who have tried it about how long does it take the system to really clear skin up?|||hi lady gaga :)
i haven't used the Clinique acne treatment system myself, but they say that you'll see visible results within 2 weeks. However, i would suggest that you stay with it at least a few weeks to give it time for the full benefits. They also say that if you alternate acne treatment products, you'll get better results. Many work for a time, then the treatment seems to fade.
To know what will work best for you, you first have to know the causes of acne breakouts to reduce exposure to it. This includes not just hormones, but stress, pollutants, bacteria, improper diet or cleansing, etc. Then you need to know which type of acne you have, there are several in varying degrees, and whether it's chronic (long-term).
